And you are...? (THE INTRODUCTION THREAD)
Welcome aboard, Myers/Person That Joined Two Months Before I Did. If you don't have anything to do, you could always try downloading Mujin Wakusei Survive. Even if you don't like anime, you will enjoy Mujin Wakusei.
I would, WIP, but I've lost interest in Kinetic Cipher now that Brick has abandoned the project. I wish that I'd have learned of how frustrated he was before he canned the game, I could have given KC the attention he wanted. If a review (and more indulgent fans) could spark Brick's enthusiasm back up I'd be happy to write up a review and participate, but given that he hasn't even signed in for six months to the day he seems pretty resolute in his decision.

Casey. Anyone who was on the KC(A) boards is a friend here! Go write a review on it and get more people to play it.

And you are...? (THE INTRODUCTION THREAD)
Hello, Mr. Karsu. It's been a long time since we've discussed RPGs back at Gaming World. So long, in fact, that I'm not sure that's ever really happened.
Epoch was a big deal at one time? I thought it was an obscure game that was never given the spotlight it deserved. I only played them very recently, though (the original in October and the second in November), so I probably missed their prime by a few years. The experience curve kind of annoyed me because of how it basically stopped progressing after a certain point (though I can't deny that it's one of the most balanced curves I've seen in an RPG Maker game regardless), but that's my only fault with the series. I liked the writing in the original game well enough, but Ragnarok818 displayed a lot of talent in the sequel when it comes to dialogue. Thomas and Marion were much harsher and taciturn than they were in the original, although Marion probably went overboard a time or two and deserved a good punch in the jaw.

Hi, my name is Dr. Casey. You may know me from such places as Gaming World and the Kinetic Cipher forums. And even if it's not appropriate to the topic, I will now express how sad I am that Ragnarok818 never released an Epoch III. I've always loved those little games, especially considering the amount of improvement made in the sequel when it came to characterization and dialogue.
